Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of Platform 243 available through 243.run, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Platform 243 is an online entertainment service intended for adults aged 18 and above who reside in Malaysia. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the 243 platform, including but not limited to the use of all games, promotions, bonuses, and support services available on this platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on Platform 243. Information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, email address, and bank details — must be accurate, current, and consistent with valid identification documents. Platform 243 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have provided false or incomplete information.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Platform 243 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately. Any activity that occurs through your account prior to your report remains your responsibility.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from using Platform 243 for any illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any action that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. The use of automated tools, bots, or third-party software to access or manipulate games is strictly forbidden.

Users are also prohibited from sharing their account with others, transferring account balances to third parties without authorisation, or using payment methods not registered in their own name. Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the 243 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including DuitNow, FPX, and supported e-wallets. Foreign payment methods or currencies other than MYR are not accepted.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your registration details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Platform 243 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or violates applicable anti-fraud policies. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank details are accurate and up to date. Any loss resulting from incorrect bank information is entirely the user's responsibility.

Account Suspension & Closure

Platform 243 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or misuse. Suspended accounts will be unable to access any funds until the investigation has been completed.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to any applicable bonus rollover requirements.

Platform Liability Limits

Platform 243 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of income, or damages arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or system errors beyond the platform's reasonable control. In any case, the platform's liability is limited to the value of the transaction directly involved in the reported issue.

243 does not guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical disruptions may occur, and the platform is not liable for any losses arising from such events.

All content on Platform 243 — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, game names, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Platform 243 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the platform.

Platform 243 may contain links or references to third-party services or websites for users' convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that Platform 243 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.

Users who submit any feedback, suggestions, or comments to the 243 platform through official communication channels agree that the platform has the right to use such content without any compensation or attribution.
